Crafting has always been a part of my family’s story, ignited by the creativity of loved ones like my Aunt Tina & Cousin Lauren. Their handmade gifts sparked my own journey, from teaching art classes to baking memorable birthday cakes for my family and friends.
Now, our crafting extends beyond family, embracing friends who
share our passion.
Inspired by our journey, we envision a space where each creation tells a story, where the love and memories infused in every stitch, bead, and cup shine through. Together, we are more than crafters—we are
sisters, united by art, resilience, and the enduring power of creativity.
Biography
Crafting became my sanctuary through my children's involvement in elementary school art projects. Inspired by Aunt Tina and cousin Lauren's DIY gifts from Florida, I longed to learn their craft. They adorned our lives with their handmade treasures, sparking envy for their talents. As a busy mom, I found solace in baking, creating memorable birthday cakes.
When Lauren relocated to California, she became the sister I never had, her creative spirit inspiring us all. However, tragedy struck with her sudden passing, leaving an irreplaceable void. Aunt Tina's diagnosis of Parkinson's compounded our grief, yet crafting remained our shared solace. Despite her declining health, we united to care for her, only to lose her too soon.
Amidst the heartache and transition, we found healing in crafting together, honoring our loved ones' legacies. Sewing baby quilts with my mother became a cherished tradition, a poignant reminder of Aunt Tina's love for quilting. We repurposed crafting materials into meaningful creations, from bracelets to dreamcatchers. Through weddings and shared projects, crafting became a beacon of hope, uniting us as sisters in craft, inspiring the creation of a platform to celebrate everyone's unique talents.
